The basis of the Origin Criteria under the Korea-US FTA on HS2002 has been changed to HS2012 since January 1,, 2014. Hence, the exporter exporting to the US is to make out Certificate of Origin based on the HS code(s) of the Origin Criteria as stipulated in the ‘Attached’ amended on January 1,, 2014.
* As the basis of the origin criteria has been changed from HS2002 to HS2012, integration, segmentation, elimination, addition and/or other change of contents of the origin criteria have occurred.
