Hello! On the 30th of October my family sent some gifts from Mexico as a surpise for my birthday. But since they didn't know what to attach as information, they just sent the package as it is. They sent the package by FedEx, with a tracking number of 780599236322 The package is in Korea, but it is retained, with the instruction of "Shipment requires importer's registration/identification number for clearance". The problem is that I don't know where to send my information or who to contact about this concern. I don't have a Korean Cellphone number, but I have a KakaoID and my Alien Registration Card.
