The gentleman at Coupang told me he is very sorry but he can't speak English. So at this moment I would HIGHLY appreciate any help or response. Therefore, you should contact the shipper(where you are contacted) directly regarding the import declaration, including correcting the recipient’s information, Regrettably, there is no way in customs to help you. Also, I tried to call you at the contact you showed(032-744-5355). However, he did not answer the phone either. So I contacted the Coupang sales office. From there, I was informed that if you contact Coupang Customer Center(☎1577-7011) directly, you can solve it. Also, I heard that there(in Coupang’s customer center) is available in English.
